Yoga Classes
These Classes are suitable for those with little or no experience of Yoga as well as those with more experience.  

I am running one class in Much Dewchurch at the Steiner School. Space is limited so please get in touch if you would like to join the class, priority is given to people who book for the term or half term. If there is space people can continue to pay as you go. 

I am also running an online class on Monday/ Wednesday for people who cannot get to or are unable to otherwise attend the class. Details here

Yoga  at Yeleni Therapy and Support, 2 Blackfriars Street, Hereford, HR4 9HS
11 -12am
£10 per class

A small group class to allow for individual attention. Particularly for people who struggle with mobility or other limiting conditions. Poses are based around a chair and incorporates very simple postures linked to breath that can be modified to suit your condition.

This  class is run on a drop in basis and costs £10.00.
