We
have a tendency to try too hard to relax. Relaxation follows through
learning to stop or let go of this habitual tendency "to do
or get it right".
Everything
in Yoga follows from the idea that if we do less, if we can
stop, then our true nature, something inside us, can express itself.
This approach is suitable for everyone regardless of age or physical
ability
